Getting started and working with us.
Yes. We work remotely with clients across the Caribbean and internationally. Payments can be arranged via bank transfer. WhatsApp consultation works anywhere.
Logo design takes 3–4 business days. Single-page websites typically take 5–7 business days from deposit. Multi-page builds run 7–14 days. Custom projects are scoped individually. Timelines are confirmed during your initial WhatsApp consultation before any commitment is made.
You fill out the intake form and we send a quote and timeline via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Once you confirm and pay the 50% deposit, work begins. We deliver the build, collect the remaining 50%, and then hand over the project or set up hosting depending on what you chose.
Minor content tweaks within 7 days of delivery are included at no charge. Structural changes or new feature requests after delivery are scoped and quoted separately. Clients on the Always-On Retainer receive 2 minor updates per month as part of their plan.
Timelines are confirmed during the WhatsApp consultation and begin once your deposit and all required assets (content, images, copy) are received. Delays caused by missing assets reset the clock.
About individual logo and website builds.
A single-page site is one scrolling page - ideal for simple brochure-style businesses without forms or heavy user input. A multi-page site has separate sections for services, contact, about, etc. and is better suited for businesses that need more structure, contact forms, or ongoing content management.
Choose Custom when you need something beyond a standard brochure site - special functionality, user accounts, specific workflows, integrations, or a non-standard page count. We review the scope with you before quoting.
Yes. Logo Design is an independent service. You receive high-resolution files, transparent PNG and SVG exports, and a favicon package. You can always add a website later.
We can hand over the GitHub repository and project files so you take full ownership. You arrange your own hosting and manage deployment. We can also stay available as the original developer if support is needed later - just message us.
About the Startup Bundle and Business Pro Bundle.
A package bundles multiple services together at a fixed starting price - typically website build, logo, and the first month of managed hosting. If you only need one thing (just a logo, or just a website), a single service is the simpler and usually cheaper choice.
Yes. After your Startup Bundle is delivered, we can quote an upgrade path. The cost is typically the difference between the two packages plus a re-scoping fee, confirmed during your WhatsApp consultation.
The first month covers SSL, firewall protection, backups, uptime monitoring, and direct WhatsApp support - the same as the ongoing Shield Hosting plan. After the first month, continuing is optional.
You decide whether to continue with one of our hosting plans or take the project over yourself. There is no pressure either way. If you want full ownership, we can hand over the GitHub repository and project files cleanly.
Yes. Domain purchase is included at no extra cost, along with DNS setup, SSL, and pointing the domain to your live site. If you already own a domain, we can connect that instead.
About Shield Hosting, the Always-On Retainer, and what happens after launch.
No. If you want a simple one-time build and prefer to handle deployment yourself, we hand over the project cleanly. Managed hosting is for clients who want us to keep the site live, secure, monitored, and supported on an ongoing basis.
Shield Hosting is our core managed hosting plan at $250 TTD/month. It includes SSL, firewall protection, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, CDN caching for fast local loading, and direct WhatsApp support. Best for clients who want us to keep the site secure and live after launch.
The Always-On Retainer ($400 TTD/month) includes everything in Shield Hosting plus 2 minor content updates per month and priority support. Best for clients who want ongoing hands-on care, not just infrastructure monitoring.
Yes. You can start with just the build and add Shield Hosting or the Always-On Retainer at any time after launch.
Yes. If your current hosting is slow, unmanaged, or insecure, you can move to Shield Hosting without needing to rebuild the site. Select the Managed Hosting option on the intake form and we will assess the migration.
Managed hosting is most useful when you want us to handle uptime, security, backups, and ongoing support after launch - especially for sites with forms, frequent changes, or more moving parts where downtime would impact your business.
Deposits, methods, and how the money side works.
We accept local bank transfer (Republic Bank, First Citizens, Scotiabank T&T) and cash for clients in the Freeport area. A 50% deposit is required to begin and the remainder is due on delivery.
We require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We do not offer further instalment splits, but the deposit locks your slot and guarantees your timeline.
The deposit reserves your project slot and confirms the scope. Work begins immediately after payment and asset receipt. Without it, we cannot guarantee your start date or timeline.
Yes. All project work is handled digitally. Files, communication, and delivery are fully remote. Cash payments are Freeport-area only. Bank transfer is available to all TT clients and internationally.
