A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project slot. Work begins only after the deposit has cleared. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon project approval and before final files or administrative access are handed over.
Final payments delayed by more than 7 business days will incur a $150 TTD/week administrative fee to maintain server staging and active support.
Client-side delays exceeding 14 business days (lack of content, logos, or feedback) will result in the project being moved to “Inactive” status. A $500 TTD Reactivation Fee is required to bring the project back into the current production sprint.
Each service/package includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Any structural changes requested after the second round will be billed at an hourly rate of $250 TTD/hr.
Clients are responsible for the ongoing costs of domain registration and hosting unless they are enrolled in a Monthly Growth maintenance plan.
