Agreement

Web Development & Branding Agreement

Between SA Web Agency ("Developer") and the contracting client ("Client").

I. Scope of Architecture

SA Web Agency ("Developer") provides secure digital infrastructure. Services include custom-coded web environments, branding asset creation, and managed hosting configurations as defined by the selected tier.

II. Content & Readiness Protocol

The Developer serves as the technical architect. The Client is solely responsible for supplying all high-resolution branding assets, media, and written text.

Development will not initiate until 100% of required content is received.

III. Financial Terms & Deposits

Booking: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a project slot.
Cash Payments: Accepted in Freeport and surrounding zones only.
  • Finalization: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion.
  • Release: Handover of administrative access, file transfers, and live deployment will only occur once the final balance is cleared in full.

IV. Project Timelines & Express Service

  • Standard Delivery: 7 business days from the receipt of all content.
  • Express Lane: A 3-business-day turnaround is available for a flat fee of $500 TTD.
    Express Lane requests must be confirmed and fully deposited before the accelerated timeline begins.

V. Revision Policy

Each project includes two (2) rounds of minor adjustments. Any structural or major logic changes requested after the build has commenced will be billed as additional technical work.

VI. Administrative Fees & Inactivity

To protect staging resources and development time:

  • Payment Delays: Final payments delayed by more than 7 business days incur a $150 TTD/week administrative fee.
  • Client Delays: Projects stalled by the Client for more than 14 business days will be moved to Inactive Status. Reactivation requires a $500 TTD fee.

I. Transparency & Collection

We collect only what is necessary to build your project: name, business details, email, and WhatsApp number.

We do not collect or store credit card or banking information through this website.

II. Technical Data Storage

Your project data is stored via Google Firebase (Firestore). This infrastructure utilises industry-standard encryption and access controls governed by Google's global security protocols.

III. Third-Party Limitations

We do not sell or trade your data. Information is shared only with essential third-party service providers (such as domain registrars) required to fulfil your project.

IV. Zero-Tracking Commitment

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We value your privacy as much as your security.

V. Your Rights & Contact

You may request the full deletion of your project data at any time.
